Our Story

Hi, I'm Jay! As a busy mum, I struggled with postpartum weight loss, feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my family due to lack of energy. After being diagnosed with gestational diabetes, I knew I had to make a change—not just for me, but for my family.

I started by making small, manageable changes: eating mindfully, taking family walks, and practicing deep breathing daily to improve my metabolism. In less than two months, I lost 10kg and regained my energy and confidence.

Now, I’m here to help other mums take control of their health without feeling overwhelmed. You can do it too—let’s make simple, sustainable changes together!
